Who is PakBi for?
Carpet-cleaning businesses, their couriers and staff, and their customers. The business owner sets up the business; the team joins by invitation.
How does the free trial work?
A new business gets 7 days with Professional features. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends you move to the free Starter plan unless you buy a package — nothing is deleted.
Do couriers or staff pay anything?
No. Only the business owner buys a package; the whole team uses the business’s package.
How is SMS charged?
SMS uses credits. Credits never expire and carry over even if your package ends. Some packages include SMS every billing period. WhatsApp messages are free.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Mac and the web panel. The same account works on all of them.
How is my data protected?
See the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice for what we process and why. You can delete your account at any time.
