Use this page to request the deletion of your PakBi account and the personal data associated with it, or the deletion of specific data without closing your account. You do not need to reinstall the app.
How to request deletion
- Enter the mobile number registered to your account in the form below, choose the request type and submit it.
- If the number is registered with us, you receive a 6-digit code by SMS. Enter it in the form within 10 minutes to confirm that the number is yours.
- Keep the request number shown on screen (HS-…). Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest and we tell you the outcome.
If the SMS code does not arrive, your request is still recorded; our team never deletes any data before verifying your identity through your registered number. If you cannot use the form, email bigeransoft.info@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and include your registered mobile number.

What is deleted
When your request is completed, the following data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised:
- Your account details: full name, mobile number, password hash and language preference.
- Your sessions and devices: session tokens, push-notification registration (FCM token) and in-app notifications.
- Your business memberships, roles, permissions and pending invitations.
- If you are a courier: your location records (these are deleted automatically after 30 days at the latest anyway).
- Addresses and preferences you saved as a customer, and the link between your account and photos you uploaded.
- The text of reviews you wrote.
What is kept and for how long

Anonymous statistics that cannot be linked to you are not deleted.
Depending on your role
Business owner (Management)
If you are the owner of a business, deleting your account closes the business account: your team loses access, and the business’s customer cards, orders and photos are deleted. Only financial records that must be kept by law are retained for 10 years. If you want a copy of your data first, or want to hand the business over to someone else, say so in the details of your request.
Staff and couriers
Your personal account is deleted. The task and order history in the records of the business you worked for remains as that business’s legal and operational record; in those records you appear as “deleted user”.
If you are a customer
Your PakBi account is deleted. The customer card that a carpet-cleaning business keeps about you (name, phone, address, order history) is that business’s record, and the business is its data controller. We pass your request on to the business so that it also covers these records, and delete or anonymise them on the business’s instruction, except for invoice and payment records the business must keep by law.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription started through the App Store or Google Play. To stop being charged, cancel it in the store first: on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on a Mac, App Store → your account → Account Settings → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. A subscription bought with PayTR in the web panel is not renewed once the business account is closed.
