Payment, renewal and cancellation

- Where you payPackages are bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play, and charged to your store account. Buying from the web panel with a card (PayTR) is coming soon.
- Automatic renewalSubscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- CancellingManage or cancel from your store account’s subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. After cancelling you keep the package until the end of the paid period.
- RefundsRefunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. Packages are bought for business use, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
- When a package endsYou move to the free Starter plan. No data is deleted: locked features close, users over the limit are paused (never the owner) and everything reopens when you upgrade.
- PricesPrices on this page include VAT. The store may show a slightly different amount because of its price points; the price on the purchase screen applies.
Pricing questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 7-day trial starts when you create your business. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switching between the monthly and yearly plan of the same package takes effect at the next renewal; upgrading to a higher package takes effect right away in the store.
Who counts as a user?
Every active member of the business: the owner, managers, staff and couriers. Customers are not users.
What happens to unused SMS?
SMS credits never expire. Credits included with a package are added at the start of each period and also carry over.
Do customers or couriers pay?
No. The customer app is free, and couriers and staff use the business’s package.
